Breast Augmentation Choices: Silicone or Gel implant

Considering breast augmentation? Let me give you some information to help make your decision. First, whether you should choose a saline-filled implant or a gel-filled breast implant. Both are completely safe, but the gels are softer and wrinkle less, which may be an issue of you are super skinny or do not have much tissue. The new, thicker gel implants are even firmer, but wrinkle less.

Secondly you have to decide where to put the implants. The answer is below the muscle. Mammograms still work, and there are far less complications when placed below the muscle.

Lastly is the incision site. You can either go through the nipple, or below the breast. Both work great, so it is your choice.
